Board amends conflict-of-interest exhibit and narrows CBOC Form 700 requirement

To balance transparency and recruitment, the board amended Section 5.3 of the CBOC bylaws: CBOC members will continue to file a narrowed Form 700 that discloses only investments, business positions or income from sources that "are or have been within the past two years related to work or services with respect to the district school facilities" (construction-related activity). The board approved the amendment, and staff will finalize the exhibit and return any redlines as required.
