At the July 8 meeting, supervisors approved the June 10, 2025 meeting minutes and the bills lists for June and July; both motions passed 5-0. The Board also approved release of the 2025 Fire & EMS contributions (amount not specified in the minutes) and appointed Dischell, Bartle & Dooley, P.C. attorneys Eric Wert and Eric Frey as conflict counsel for the Redwing Meadow (Demeno tract) and East Buck Meadows Subdivision projects; that appointment carried 5-0.
Other recorded votes included authorization to oppose a Zoning Hearing Board variance application for 2463 Quakertown Road (4-1) and adoption of Ordinance No. 2025-03 (fence permit) and Resolution No. 2025-23 (DCED grant application), both unanimous. Dottie Diehl moved to adjourn at 8:45 PM; Tim Woodward seconded and the motion carried 5-0. The next regular meeting is scheduled for August 12, 2025, at 7:00 PM.
