The Board also approved a TRAISR Asset Management & Work Order GIS Mapping System proposal for up to $10,000 (including data migration, portal setup, and training) with anticipated monthly costs of $1,260 and no more than a three-year commitment; motion by Dottie Diehl and second by Tim Woodward carried 5-0.
