Board approves maintenance and contractor payments, awards tree contract, creates stormwater fund

Supervisors accepted a $39,825 quote from Lansdale Power Washers for shop and restroom floor maintenance, approved Payment Request #1 to Lenni Electric Corp. for the 663 @ Kutztown Road ARLE project, and awarded the 2025 Tree Removal Maintenance Contract to Beyond the Leaf (estimated minimum $18,920). The Board accepted a Lansdale Power Washers, Inc. quote of $39,825.00 for maintenance to shop and bathroom floors and approved payment #1 to Lenni Electric Corp. for the 663 @ Kutztown Road ARLE project; both motions carried 5-0. Tim Woodward moved to accept the Lansdale quote; Dottie Diehl seconded the motion for the payment and awards recorded in the manager's report.
The Board also awarded the 2025 Tree Removal Maintenance Contract to Beyond the Leaf with an estimated minimum contract price of $18,920 and authorized Township Manager Anne Klepfer to open a new financial-management fund and PLGIT account for stormwater maintenance funds. These procurement and fund-authorization steps were approved unanimously.
