Redfield Council approves 2025 liquor and wine license renewals after no public comment

Mayor Frank Schwartz opened the public hearing on Nov. 4 at 7:45 p.m. regarding the 2025 package-retail liquor and wine license renewals. There were no in-person speakers and no written comments; the hearing was closed at 7:46 p.m., and the council moved to approve the renewals.
On a motion by Joe Morrissette, seconded by Keith Gall, the council approved the 2025 renewals. The council packet and notice listed applicants for off-sale and on-sale licenses, including B&L Food Stores Inc. (d/b/a Redfield Food Center), Chrystals LLC, Anderson Management Co. (d/b/a One Stop), Family Dollar Stores of SD, Grant Evans (Starters Lanes & Sports Lounge), St Roosters LLC, American Legion (Clay Kiser Post 92), Garcia LLC (La Cabana), and 605 Chop LLC.
