Council told PER for ENR upgrade issued; bids due and to be reviewed March 5

Town Attorney Lyndsey Ryan said the Planning/Engineering Report for an ENR (enhanced nutrient removal) upgrade has been issued and is due Feb. 28; the council will review related bids at its March 5 meeting.
At the Feb. 5 meeting Town Attorney Lyndsey Ryan reported that the PER for design of an ENR upgrade has been issued and set a Feb. 28 due date for that PER.
Ryan also told the council that the bids for the ENR upgrade will be reviewed and discussed at the council’s March 5 meeting. "The PER for design of the ENR upgrade has been issued and is due February 28th. The bids will be reviewed and discussed at the March 5th Council meeting," the minutes record.
The minutes do not include bid amounts or a project budget. The council recorded that the procurement and technical design tasks are proceeding on the stated timeline and that bid review will take place at the next scheduled meeting.
