Total cost for the software will be $269,001.33 over the 7 year contract," Mr. Hansen told the council, adding that sufficient funds are budgeted across city funds and that the purchase is intended to improve data accuracy and reporting.
Council members asked if there were questions; none were raised and the council approved the purchase. Staff said TCP was selected based on lower cost, a mobile app offering, compliance with RFP specifications, waived implementation fees and a proposed 20–24 week implementation timeline.
