"Annual maintenance fees are required to receive support and software updates with the fee for fiscal year 20 26 totaling $92,982.73 for all modules and services," staff said. The director of finance was authorized to sign the maintenance fee order form and staff said the cost will be distributed between the funds that utilize the software. The council approved the payment by roll call.
