City Manager Saint George told the council the completed FY2026 budget will be available for inspection beginning Nov. 6 online and at city offices, and that the budget is tentatively scheduled for approval at the first December meeting.
She previewed capital investment items in the CIP, listing priorities including Starcom radios previously approved by council, updates to technology and equipment, masonry repairs, galvanized water-line replacement at the public safety building, and roadway drainage, water-main and rehabilitation projects. "A few of those investments in the coming year will include the Starcom radios previously approved by council, updates to technology and equipment, masonry repairs, galvanized water line replacement in the public safety building, Bunker Lean Park Pass, and roadway drainage, water main, and water main rehabilitation projects," Saint George said.
Saint George said the budget will be posted online and available at the clerk's office and library, and staff will return to council with the formal approval request in December.
