Resident's request for sewer credit after burst water line tabled until April

Resident Lyndsey Greenwood told the council her underground water line broke during the January snowstorm and that a family friend who is a licensed plumber repaired it. Greenwood asked the Council for a credit on the sewer portion of her bill but said she did not have an invoice to present.
Town Administrator Erin Braband explained town policy requires an invoice from a licensed plumber before staff can authorize a sewer credit; Commissioner Potter told Greenwood she must provide documentation and the Council tabled the request to the April meeting to give Greenwood time to obtain the required invoice.
