Council flags urgent boardwalk repairs and parking enforcement issues at Lantana Beach

Separately, residents raised concerns about non-decal cars occupying 'decal only' beach parking spots. A code officer clarified enforcement practice: "If you are in a decal only space, you have to have a decal," and that officers will issue citations for vehicles in decal-only spots even if they paid by mobile meter. Council directed staff to standardize enforcement practices and review options to protect resident decal parking without unduly restricting public parking.
