Staff requested council approval to extend the existing professional-services agreement with Baxter & Woodman for one year and to implement a 3% fee increase effective March 13, 2026. The amendment would extend the agreement through March 12, 2027; staff said the change is a periodic contract review and that the firm has been a long-standing consultant for multiple town projects.
Council member Mason moved to approve the 9th amendment to the agreement, Council member Rivera seconded, and the council voted in favor by voice vote. There were no questions raised during the discussion and staff indicated they periodically issue requests for proposals in the future as part of due diligence.
