Trustee Pamela Que moved to approve the consent agenda and Trustee Ariele Pizzo seconded. President Rob Tarvis presided; the motion carried 4–0. Roll call listed Yeas: Tarvis, Pizzo, Tercha and Que; Trustees Matt L'Esperance and Bernice Smith were absent.
The consent agenda also included approval of the Oct. 21, 2025 regular meeting minutes and public hearing minutes, acceptance of correspondence, and committee updates including an organizational development update and a note that the Blight Task Force had not yet met. The minutes record no public petitions or comments at this item.
