Calumet council names Pamela Que president pro tempore, approves deputy nomination and formalizes Street Administrator role

The Calumet Village Council voted unanimously (4-0) on Nov. 18, 2025, to appoint Trustee Pamela Que as President Pro-Tempore through November 2026 and to approve Coreen Balbough as Deputy through November 2026. President Rob Tarvis made the nominations; roll-call votes recorded Yeas from Que, Ariele Pizzo, James Tercha and Rob Tarvis.
The council also noted that Manager Megan Haselden is serving as Street Administrator based on an earlier appointment "a few months ago," and accepted the designation of officers as presented. The motions on appointments and officer designations carried without recorded opposition.
These organizational decisions set the village's leadership roster for the coming year. The meeting minutes show no recorded seconds for the presidential and deputy nominations; both were accepted by roll-call vote. The council adjourned at 6:34 p.m.
