Council tables Trunk-or-Treat street-closure request for manager follow-up

President Pro-Tempore Pamela Que called for a motion to table the item so the Village Manager, Megan Haselden, could follow up with the applicant and address the council's concerns. The council voted to table the request; the motion carried 5–0. Council noted that a special meeting could be called if needed once the manager provides more information.
