The Uintah planning commission will hold a work session to develop regulations for Conex containers, a council member reported during the June 2 meeting.
Committee member (S3) said the commission plans to invite the city inspector to the work session "to kind of go over and see, and they're gonna try and get the inspector in there too as well to go over everything and kind of figure out how the best way to write that up is." The goal is to produce clear, enforceable language for future planning or zoning code updates.
No ordinance or deadline was set in the council meeting; the report framed the work session as a preparatory step so staff and commissioners can draft formal language for a future hearing.
