Trustees also reviewed a cluster of Main Street business matters: Captain Ihab (a proposed seafood restaurant at 193 Main Street) is reported to be having contractor difficulties and has not filed for a required special-use permit; Vintage at 185 Main Street is undergoing a rebrand with planning-board approval and active construction; staff will continue to monitor Casa Stellina’s tent use and Dark Horse’s rear-yard cleanup and dumpster plans when submissions arrive.
