Fred Cogan of the Madera County Superintendent of Schools presented the 2025 Williams annual report at the Nov. 12 board meeting. He reviewed the site-visit findings and told trustees that most findings have been addressed and some are in the process of being corrected.
The Williams process is focused on ensuring schools meet legal requirements for instructional materials, teacher sufficiency, facilities and emergency procedures. Cogan's overview did not list each finding in the minutes; board members heard the summary and no separate motion or vote was recorded on the Williams report.
