The Board continued and then closed the public hearing on Aug. 4 for a special-use permit at 220 Main St., approving the application for Notes, Sips & Stogies. The Village Attorney reviewed communications from the State Liquor Authority requested by the Board and deemed the submissions satisfactory.
Trustee Cheryl Parisi moved to close the hearing and Trustee Craig Rosasco seconded; the Board then voted to approve the permit as RESOLVED #2026-08-10. The minutes record that the SLA materials met the Board's requested clarifications and that the Village Attorney reviewed them before the Board voted.
Permitting documents and any SLA conditions will be filed with the Village's permit records and Building Department.
