A resident questioned whether parking requirements would be waived; the Board approved a parking payment of $5,000 per space for three spaces (reduced from four spaces), to be paid over three years. The hours of operation approved are 11 a.m.–11 p.m. Sunday through Wednesday and 11 a.m.–midnight Thursday through Saturday. The approval includes a provision allowing changes to hours by resolution rather than requiring a new public hearing.
Trustee Walter Priestley moved to close the hearing and Trustee Craig Rosasco moved approval; the motion passed as RESOLVED #2026-08-07. The Village will include the parking-fee schedule and the hours provision in the permit record.
