Select Board appoints Noah Gamache as part-time summer counselor

Stacy Bond, Northfield Recreation Director, introduced Noah Gamache as a candidate to fill staffing gaps in the town’s high-enrollment summer program and recommended his immediate hire. The Select Board voted to approve the appointment; the motion was made by Dan Campbell and seconded by Shane Duclos.
Bond told the Board that Gamache has experience working with children, family ties to the program, and scheduling flexibility to provide coverage when needed. The appointment sets Gamache’s pay at grade 3 step 1, $18.38 an hour, effective immediately.
