Board members then opened the election of officers. After a motion to reappoint the presiding officer was made and seconded, the presiding officer addressed the board: "I'm not that I'm honored. I'd be proud to serve another time." The motion to reappoint carried.
The meeting proceeded to staff reports and scheduling items before a motion to adjourn passed later in the session.
