Member Sandra Ward made the motion to approve the minutes and Board member Ramirez seconded; the board responded 'Aye' and the chair declared the item approved. The chair opened two public-forum periods (one limited to agenda items and a later open forum) and the City Clerk reported there were no blue cards or requests to speak in either forum.
After routine approvals the board heard staff presentations and updates on park projects and events, then closed the meeting. The chair adjourned the session following the second public forum.
