Councilmember Barone thanked the applicant for being present and noted continued commercial growth in the city. The public hearing was opened and closed with no opposition cards submitted and a motion to approve carried on the floor. "I can't wait to see what's gonna be," Barone said, referring to prospective tenants and development activity. The council approved the item on motion.
