On receipts, staff reported, "For reporting year 2025, we've received $9,470 to date," and later provided a total program balance of $10,415.96. Members discussed discrepancies between expected totals and collected amounts and asked staff to review certificate-of-occupancy tracking and developer-reporting processes to reconcile the gap.
The committee recommended improving the subdivision-tracking map (DIS/Andrew/Connor work) so preliminary and final classes are visible and to consider additional datasets to predict when brown (future) parcels will begin contributing. Staff agreed to follow up and refine the map for the next meeting.
