"The submittal period for the PT pros RFP came to an end on Friday, and we have 7 submitted proposals," staff stated during the meeting. Staff said the city clerk and selection committee will confirm submission completeness and that council will interview the top three scorers. The announcement of scoring to council is scheduled for Jan. 13, at which point presentations by the top three firms will be scheduled for council interview and final choice.
