EURA adopts 2026 meeting schedule, adds August budget work session

Staff said the calendar follows the previous year's pattern (one board meeting per month on the same Tuesday) with the August special meeting timed to allow adequate time for budget work sessions, publication of notices and the subsequent budget hearing and adoption steps. A motion to adopt Resolution No. 25‑027, accepting and approving the 2026 schedule, passed by roll call.
