The operator told commissioners medical staff (RNs and LPNs) would be on site and doctors would be on call; behavioral‑health techs perform rounds every 30 minutes and the facility would use locked entry with buzzers or card access and interior/exterior surveillance cameras.
On admissions policy, the operator said they accept voluntary patients only, do not take court‑ordered clients and do not accept Medicare or Medicaid—relying on private insurance or private pay—and that they screen out violent offenders and acute psychiatric patients. The operator also described clinician licensure requirements and state licensing procedures for residential mental‑health programs that have come into effect recently.
