Michelle Wynveen, PhD, the Calumet County Veterans Service Officer, told the commission the office’s client satisfaction survey is currently in month five and that response rates have been optimistic. Wynveen said she expects survey data to be available by the end of April, after March surveys are returned in the first half of April.
Wynveen introduced the survey as part of the CVSO report; she said the office will provide commissioners with statistics and findings when the March responses are processed. Wynveen also noted she will circulate the relevant Federal Register posting regarding a new VA claims rule to commissioners before the next meeting so members can review the rule’s implications for local claims work.
