State representatives said microwave design and final cost estimates will follow tower approval and that the state will own microwave equipment with local hosting and power contributions expected from the county.
Motorola offered training at no additional charge to help dispatch learn differences between old and new consoles; vendors and county agreed on follow‑up steps to finalize the IP plan, paging and auxiliary IO if the county requires door or gate monitoring. Commissioners asked staff to add county e‑mail addresses to vendor distribution lists for tower and engineering updates.
