Durham County announces service closures, DECO Pride event and Meals on Wheels fan drive

Clerk Wallace also publicized several community events and opportunities: DECO Does Pride on Saturday, June 28 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Durham County Human Services Building (414 East Main Street); Durham Cultural Roadmap focus groups through July 21 with links on creativedurham.org; a Together in Faith and Hope overdose‑prevention event on June 28 from 1–5 p.m.; and a Meals on Wheels Durham fan drive seeking 200 fans by June 30 (drop‑off at 2522 Ross Road weekdays 7:30 a.m.–3 p.m.). He closed by directing residents to durhamnc.gov and the county newsletter for additional information.
