After the vote Miriam Rabbani, a neighbor at 4672 Bellerive Court, said she was initially unclear who the applicant was but, when informed that Mr. Hallisy represented the Bilardos, asked whether the project would encroach on her property. Chair Mark Ladegaard and staff clarified the work would remain within the existing patio footprint and Ms. Rabbani indicated she was satisfied.
