Mayor Joe Groeneveld asked clarifying questions about location and ownership and said he would meet with the relevant parties in the next few days to gather more information; Councilmember Michael Flaminio said he would visit the Sherman Avenue area to review it and offered to meet with the resident. The minutes record that the mayor thanked Mr. Tchokreff for coming to speak to council and that staff would follow up.
