Shipley said the amendment "expands the definition of agricultural source to include a location where a commodity is handled, housed, preserved, distributed, or sold" and "adds a petroleum source as a source of greenhouse gas and defines petroleum source as a location where petroleum or petroleum product is manufactured, stored, or distributed." After explaining the amendment, he moved its adoption; the ayes prevailed and the amendment was adopted. The amendment was included before the Senate substituted House File 2527 for Senate File 2427 and proceeded to final passage.
