"Pursuant to Fairview Park Charter article 4 section 7 b and council rule 5, no other subjects will be considered," the presiding officer said. With no other business, a motion to adjourn was made and carried on a roll-call vote recorded as 'Yes' by Lang, Minnick, Greenfield, King, Waring, Riley and Mann. The presiding officer then noted a brief pause to restart equipment and began the subsequent committee meeting.
