Planning & Zoning schedules public hearings for shed variance and two conditional-use renewals

Planning & Zoning also reviewed Conditional Use Permit renewal applications: MKG Cleveland (doing business as Control Martial Arts) at 261 Alpha Park Drive will have a public hearing on June 22 to renew its permit to operate a fitness studio in a PCM district, and Tijuana Street Tacos will have a hearing the same night regarding continued outdoor consumption of food and alcohol on its patio. Mr. Morton said once these permits are reviewed and provided to City Council, the list of expired permits requiring renewal will be reduced to four.
