Business owner says Miller Road concrete phase cut from resurfacing plan, urges site visit

"Exhibit 1 shows the 3 phases of the Miller Road resurfacing project as planned by an old in house staff," Hall said, adding that the in-house plan extending concrete east to connect with a four-lane Phase 2 had been dropped in favor of blacktop in front of his property. He urged council members to perform a site visit for the major capital project and questioned staff analysis and email exchanges that followed.
The council did not take action on the project during the meeting; Hall's remarks were part of citizen input and the transcript does not record a staff response on the record during open session.
