Council adopts multiple ordinances: noise rule tweaks, cul-de-sac parking and sign/zoning updates

Council also approved Ordinance 2026-06 (prohibiting parking in cul-de-sacs for safety reasons), Ordinance 2026-11 (a comprehensive sign-regulation update that drew citizen questions about scope and enforceability) and Ordinance 2026-12 (adding gazebos and pergolas to the list of accessory structures and clarifying parcel/lot treatment). Citizens asked for clearer language on double lots and possible unintended consequences; attorneys and staff clarified that the code uses the parcel definition and that owners may use unity-of-title instruments where appropriate.
