The Kingsford Board of Review voted unanimously on July 21 to grant poverty exemptions for two local homeowners. The Board approved an exemption for Kenneth Kiltinen of 220 Harrison Ave. (parcel 052-207-011-00) after a motion by Board member Michael Flaminio that was seconded by Daniel Freeman; the motion carried unanimously.
The Board then approved a poverty exemption for Marie Erickson at 218 Fulton St. (parcel 052-214-008-00). Angela Olson moved the exemption and Daniel Freeman seconded; the motion carried unanimously. City staff present for the meeting included Michael Stelmaszek, City Manager, and Kyle Mulka, City Assessor.
