The board reviewed bids for crack sealing and street striping and opted to table both items until the next regular meeting on May 5, 2025. Trustee Amanda Fangmeier moved to table the crack sealing bids; Trustee Doug Rosekrans seconded and the motion carried. The minutes record similar action to table street striping bids.
Separately, several residents submitted a letter requesting a 3-way stop at St. Mary’s and W Denton Road due to speeding concerns and child safety for students walking to the bus stop; trustees discussed speed-control options and tabled the request until May 5. The board also approved claims and transfers: Claims list A $12,473.09, Claims list B $4,227.23 and March 25 payroll $13,367.29, on a motion by Rosekrans seconded by Osborn; the motion carried.
