The board adopted Resolution No. 25-4-2 to offer eight large round brome hay bales for sealed bid at the May 5, 2025 meeting, changing the minimum bid to $40 per bale. Trustee Trent Wheatley moved the change and Trustee Amanda Fangmeier seconded; the motion carried and the resolution directs the clerk to publish notice of sale.
Separately, the board adopted Resolution No. 25-4-1 to offer a 2011 Exmark Lazer Z (60" deck) mower for sealed-bid sale at the May 5 meeting and determined the mower’s fair market value to be under $1,400. The resolutions reserve the right to reject any and all bids; the clerk will publish sale notices in three conspicuous village places and the Lincoln Journal Star as required.
