"Open enrollment begins October 28 and ends November 25," said Ashley Litt of Regence's UMP account management team, opening the Regence portion of the webinar. Litt described several 2025 benefit updates: both PEBB and SEBB members will have access to a new diabetes management program offering personalized support, routine vision coverage will be administered separately from medical benefits with three plan options (Davis Vision by MetLife, EyeMed Vision Care and MetLife Vision), and the prescription benefits administrator will be presented to members as ArrayRx.
Litt also described an expanded smoking cessation program that will include a dedicated care team, unlimited one-on-one coaching, personalized mobile content and nicotine replacement therapy. She encouraged members to review the plan comparison tool to identify which plans are available in their county and to check the provider search features on the UMP/Regence sites before enrolling.
