Navia instructed benefits administrators that the 2025 open enrollment window runs October 28 through November 25, 2024, and that Navia or the employer must receive enrollment forms by Nov. 25 to avoid late processing. Forms received after the deadline will be passed to HCA for determination and may be denied.
Employers should submit open enrollment forms to Navia (at least weekly) via the Navia employer portal, set up payroll deductions for the first 2025 payroll, and report payroll deduction files to Navia each pay period. Navia said HRMS/OFM agencies are exempt from some manual steps because OFM processes payroll for them, and Navia will provide an employee file via Benefits 24/7 the week of Dec. 18 to help configure payroll.
