One motion to add a condition setting verification standards passed in an initial vote, but subsequent procedural motions and a later motion to approve the permit with the condition failed. The Board ultimately approved the siting permit without the final cybersecurity amendment; Carter abstained on the final approval, and several members had voted against adding the cybersecurity condition earlier. The permit covers parcels 07-26-200-007, 07-26-200-006, 07-23-200-001, 07-24-100-001 and 07-22-200-004.
