RCC house renovation to finish this fall; board told unit will rent for $1,200/month

Kim Cox told the board the RCC house renovation will not be complete until pool season ends in the fall. Staff have installed a new heating and air-conditioning unit, run new ductwork, added kitchen cupboards and a countertop, and still need to finish flooring and sanding to preserve original woodwork.
Cox said Park staff have completed much of the work and that the house "will be rented for $1,200 a month," with a few interested parties already noted. Scott Davis added that more work remains but that staff are progressing on the renovation. No further action or funding requests were recorded at the meeting.
