Board denies nonresident's request to add guidance lines at Skate Park, cites maintenance

Commissioner Jennifer Mastroianni noted residency concerns and staff said the lines would need to be applied properly and redone about every three years. Niki Mcllvain stated the park "is already ADA-compliant," and Kim Cox and others emphasized limited staff capacity as a reason the board declined the request. The board did not reverse its earlier decision.
