"The STR ordinance has been challenged by at least one person especially as it relates to the one year hiatus on any new purchase before it can be turned into a STR and the 50 day limit to rentals /year," the minutes state. Commissioners did not take formal action on the challenge at this meeting.
Separately, members discussed the future of Flood Brook School and what its closure would mean for the town; they also noted statewide supervisory-union reconfiguration discussions. The commission reported that the last Londonderry Long-Term Recovery meeting with Mark Leese of FEMA will be held Thursday, indicating ongoing recovery coordination.
