The Planning Commission voted to request quarterly budget reports so members could better track how commission funds are spent.
"Pamela moved that quarterly budget reports be requested, starting with an end of year statement so that the Commission would be more aware of where the monies were being spent," the minutes record. Jennifer Greenfield agreed to make the request to Tina. Brent Bammarito seconded and the motion passed.
Commissioners said regular reports would help with fiscal planning and oversight of future projects and potential creation of mechanisms such as a Housing Trust if outside funding or investment is sought.
