Jennifer Greenfield, chair of the Londonderry Planning Commission, said the commission has met with Windham Regional representatives and will seek their technical assistance as it rewrites the town's zoning bylaws.
"Windham Regional representatives will assist with specific questions but won’t approve Bylaws," Greenfield said. Zoning Administrator Will Goodwin told the commission that Town Attorney Bob Fisher will review the draft bylaws and that it will be up to the Selectboard to authorize payment of any billable hours. Commissioner Brent Bammarito said the Selectboard is expecting the expense and noted that Patty Eisenhaur has requested the latest draft.
The discussion focused on whether to adapt existing bylaws or replace them in full; commissioners did not take a vote and left further direction for future meetings. Will Goodwin also reported locating a proofreader to assist with the document.
