Board members pressed for sequencing and inspections and required the applicant to submit detailed plan sheets and evidence to the planning department; the commission also deemed the action a Type II under SEQR so no additional environmental review was required. The architect confirmed inspections were performed and the applicant agreed to complete all outstanding items prior to building‑department sign‑off.
